Grant Williams. What a waste.

No way Omax would be worse than GW right now.

Every minute Grant plays sets this franchise back. He’s a complete disaster. Omax would at least do something positive occasionally. Mavs need to bench Grant for good. Put his minutes to some positive purpose.

Getting 1 stop is tough. Getting 2,3,4 in a row is impossible. Again there defense shouldn’t be this bad.

Only answer Kidd has is to play Luka the whole game. Which is disaster in the making

But at the end of the night, the Mavs played hard and stupid. 18 turnovers and counting is ridiculous. The team has no discipline. They don’t even run simple things like double teams right. The coaching is a joke.

Giannis gets away with a lot of bs on offense. He can bulldoze, hook guys, take 3 steps or anything else he wants. Plus he can't be touched. Luka gets arm checked, slapped, scratched, you name it and no calls.

I’m glad more are jumping on my “trade GWill at the TDL because it’ll be the last chance you get to do so without having to attach assets to get rid of him” stance.

I'm starting to believe this team won't make the playoffs once again. Too many injuries and they're frustrating to watch.

Playoffs definitely aren't guaranteed

Luka goes to the bench a rebound and a TO short of a quadruple double.

This is an idiotic low IQ team and or coaching staff. 20+’turnovers. What a complete joke. Kidd just rolls the ball out. No adjustments. No accountability. Doesn’t stand up for his guys so they end up drawing tons of technicals. He’s the worst coach in the NBA.

The only reason left to watch this team is that with Embiid probably missing the season, Luka is in pole position for a scoring title. I don’t remember one in franchise history. Let’s just go for that. This team is crap.

Other than getting rid of GW, I'm not sure a trade even makes sense right now. This team isn't close to being a contender. Kidd needs to be fired.

At some point Luka is going to get sick of fragile Kyrie never suiting up to help him.

If Luka keeps playing 40+ a night, he might not last long enough to qualify for a scoring title either.

It's over unless they can pull off a major trade at the deadline. Hopefully some teams have been paying attention to Green and THJ...and even better if they can throw in Grant Williams.

We all knew the Mavs needed some length and size but instead, two of their main FA moves were an undersized PF and an undersized SG (who isn't even a part of the rotation)

The year is 2020. The Mavericks' highly-touted 2nd star they acquired to play next to Luka plays in 69% of regular season games.

The year is 2021. The Mavericks' highly-touted 2nd star they acquired to play next to Luka plays in 52% of regular season games.

The year is 2024. The Mavericks' highly-touted 2nd star they acquired to play next to Luka plays in 55% of regular season games.

BTW, Brunson played in 79 games in 2022. He's missed 2 games this year.

What's more important, Luka's stats or wins?  Damn the stats, Mavs were blowing them out and lost going away.

I don’t want to be flippant, but I think we need a new coach. Just something different.

Don’t look too closely but our GM has some stinkers on his ledger.

A team with Luka demands the best coach and GM you can find. Does Dallas have it? It may even be too late to save the Luka era but you need to try. I would hope no panic trades happen. If this team doesn’t turn it around, clear the front office and coach. Use that casino money to get serious.

I've tried to get past the Brunson blunder, but that really was a franchise altering F up. Not sure they'll ever truly recover.

Luka needs to go to the new owner and demand better from this franchise. That's the only way this will change. Cuban is just a rich fan boy moron.

It’s hard to walk back down that memory lane and be reminded again and again that they literally screwed it up in every single way it could be screwed up.

It started with his rookie contract and the screw ups continued right up until he landed in NY.  Good for JB!  He is becoming a folk hero to Knicks fans.

On Cuban, I had a two hour meeting last week with a guy that is about as connected as you can be in Texas. We meet to talk business, but I always look forward to the stories he has about everyone from Jerry to Abbott to Fertita to Cuban. I’ll just say the number of people that can’t stand Mark Cuban is not at all limited to disgruntled Mavs fans.

It's just one game. Maybe he can build on it.
