Game 39: New York Knicks (22-15) vs Dallas Mavericks (22-16)

Lively and Kleber are hurt. They clearly don’t want to play Holmes.

Bring back OMax from the g-league. Bring in a free agent like Biyombo. We have a big enough sample size to know that it isn't working. Not like the injuries happened yesterday. They knew about them and could have made some adjustments.

It matters because the Mavs need to survive the minutes without Kyrie. And it would suck to waste a game like this from Kyrie.

I am not a fan of small ball Grant either, but I think Kidd would play coach Sweeney instead of Homes tonight. Grant is playing well tonight though.

Hopefully Seth makes a shot. He has been pretty blah lately. Even though Hardy is 2-8, I think he is earning more minutes.

25-1 fastbreak points. That's one of the things that I really like about those smaller lineups. Green, Hardy and Irving are going full speed down the court with and without the ball.

Yes GW is playing well, but it's not only about this game -- Omax should have had a shot at C some games ago.

He is doing his best Dirk impression. Walk up the court. Wait for the defense to collapse and take the signature three from the top of the key.

Yes, true. I don’t mean to be critical. Just trying to have fun and enjoy the greatness we’re watching!

GW has the inside track on the rebound but Hartenstein just took it away from him from the back(height matters).

Actually nobody can contest Hartenstein for rebounds.

That looked like a missed dunk that bounced in during offensive goaltending.

Really need a big from a trade. Even Olynyk would help.

OG denying Kyrie the ball. Hartenstein playing off DJJ. Time for the coach to come up with a counter.
