I don't need to have real life Mavs contacts to know that Mavs will ask about Covington. As they will probably about a hundred other players. It is their job. Fish is always selling his "real life Mavs contacts" stories, but I have never seen anything more like crap in this "article".
I also don't need to have real life Mav contacts to know Lee+Brunson is not near enough for a solid starter.
Besides, there is absolutely nothing else but pure speculation about Covington in the article. The only thing he claims to know is that Mavs offered Lee and seconds for Iggy in the summer.
