Who was the "player of the game" who elevated their game above normal to help the team get the win?

Would be fun to see Boban get it. But honestly, Luka nearly doubled the production of any other player for either team. And the 9 assists to 2 turnovers does it for me, with or without those beautiful feeds to Dwight, Maxi and Kristaps for easy ones.

It was Luka, game was boring but this play right here gave me some joy:

Most beautiful play of the season so far for me.

Looked way too fluid.

White Mike they are calling him.

Should just give it to the entire team.

We just have no "ass" players on the team, like not one bad player.

End of bench vs end of bench is, Mavs play normal bench players vs G-Leaguers.

Well, I called KP for the Dirkie leading up to this game, and... he wasn't good.  Oh well.

Big Bobi gets my nod.  He was a cheat code tonight when NO tried to go big down low.  Okafor is not going to miss the Mavs for a few months.  He may have a bit of PTSD with Bobi in his dreams at night.  What a weapon for the occasional big that can ONLY operate down on the block.  Insert the Boban Wall into the game and that ends that noise.

Really, this was just a beat down of teams at different places.  A confident Mavs team on a hot streak with a ton of quality depth vs a Pels team that appeared to be getting on track a couple of weeks ago before the wheels have come off lately.  I will be interested how they play this season.  The long game says they sell off some assets, preserve Zion for next year, and hard tank.  But I think they want to evaluate what they have and try to preserve the massive interest in the team that they had going into the season.  Will be interesting what they are when we play them at the end of the year.

Brunson and Powell apparently are never missing shots again and the team will be rested and ready for SAC tomorrow.  Hope we get some good news on DWarp.

Voted Boban...he gave extra rest to our frontcourt rotation with a dominating performance with the extra burn he got...
Josh Green is a top 5 Mavs player...

It was a team effort. I gave it to Boban. Pels really suck atm.

Yes, night and day compared to our first game against them.

Pelicans have no soul anymore.

The game was really disgusting. They didn't even try. Their spirit was gone. No fight in them. Their bad 3% was no fluke, they took real bad shots, and shot God awful in general.

Games like this are so dangerous, they can lower your own skill level, when it becomes too easy you get sloppy yourself. I'm glad we have the rest trip soon.

KP can a learn a thing or do about playing in the post from Bobi Smile

And Luka can learn a thing or two from him about giving interviews - Hi mom, hi dad, hi family  Big Grin

I'm going Boban. This game was a laugher which makes it hard to gauge who should get it but his production per minute was insane. He hasn't had a game with more than 13 boards in 3 seasons and he was scoring too, so he gets my vote

I have to give it to Luka because the passes he threw tonight legitimately threw me to the floor. On more than one occasion I did a spit take.

Boban was fantastic too.

Last 11 games and 10 Dirkie's, what is up with these Mavs!

60 win pace for the season.

10.3 point differential, which is 2nd only to the Bucks.

2 years ago the Mavs were 5 and 17 over their first 22 games.

Just thinking about how far this very young team has come in such a short period of time.
