I don't think you are sexist. It's a good observation and opinion. I disagree to an extent. It's a tall hill to climb but I think there are a few women who can make the jump. It also depends on how she comes in and meshes with the players. It requires an owner with fortitude and foresight.
I base my opinion on many of the women who played in women's leagues in the same kind of competition that I played in. I would watch like a hawk and study their techniques. Man, were they good. I would hone my techniques from their play. It helped...a lot. Same thing goes for some of the female coaches. No...not the ones who try to mimic the worst aspects of male coaches, but the ones who study the games and utilize the players to their best abilities...rather than try to force them into a "system" that doesn't fit them. I admit...some of the female coaches scare me. I wouldn't want to meet them in a dark alley...
