As you said Dan, this does set them up for success much better than the Western Conference Finals appearance with a team that also had some of these flaws.
Help to some degree should be on the way which gives hope. We will have to wait and see. I believe Kyrie will be here at probably too much money but I also think he will help other returning players like Maxi and Luka contribute to better defense. I hope on the court Kyrie becomes a great leader with Luka.
It certainly seems easier to find defensive studs than superstar offensive players.
