The Turner deal moved them over the minimum team salary. In re-doing his current salary, they spent about $1.6M more than the minimum.
But they still have room to do a salary-eating trade with a tax-strapped team, in exchange for assets or to incentivize a favorable-to-Indy swap of players. At the moment, the Pacers remain almost $11M under this year's cap.
