$26.1M / 3 years left with 21.8 guaranteed for a player that is inferior to Raul Neto, who just signed a one year minimum deal.
The Pacers also have Ayton, Bitadze and Smith, who all take clear priority over Turner on an expiring.
I just don´t see where the value is coming from.
As they say, it only takes one. To me, the candidates are:
Utah? Are they trading Mitchell or trying to compete? I really like a Turner/Vanderbilt 5/4 combo
Toronto?
Phoenix? Part of the return for Ayton in a S&T?
Memphis? Upgrading Steven Adams?
Chicago? Or are they happy with Vucevic/Drummond?
Charlotte? What a mess. I might have said something Hayward based before Bridges incident.
Brooklyn? As part of KD deal to Phoenix
I think there would be some competition there, but at what price. Two picks seems high (especially if you have to take back McConnell). One future first seems fairly likely.
