I don't see any big trades. We have no assets, and I'm not a fan of dumping our 1st rounders like in years past.
Brunson was a 2nd round pick because no body wanted him. He's clearly outplayed his selection but the issue remains: he's not desirable. Carlisle devalued any worth he had left by playing him 5-15 mins, same with Justin Jackson.
Seth, 4-year contract for a 1-trick pony? Sure, the contract is not that bad but guys like him are available every offseason or waiver wire.
Powell, another long term contract for a 1-trick pony. You got young, versatile guys like Kelly Oubre Jr. going for $15M/yr while Powell gets $11M/yr from us. It's unbelievably bad.
THJ, garbage contract and continues to be exposed as Carlisle's hand-selected 3rd scoring option. It's worse than Matthews and Barnes.
