- Miami (Johnson, Olynik) doesn't really have assets - I don't think those guys are worth their money, so we are not really getting much in a straight up trade

He rejected Sacramento extension and he might get too high offer as RFA for Sacramento to match. Sacramento already has 123 mil commited for next year and will need to extend Fox (probably max) in 2 and Bagley in 3 years.
As he is already 28 his price might not be really high, as you have to take into account, any buyer will need to resign him. Due to the extreme low amount of FA available, teams with huge salary cap might offer high numbers just to sign someone.
