1) This guy seems to be pretty trustworthy and was nailing the CP3 when others were not.
2) With all the overspending last night for immediate runs at the championship the Mavs need to take a deep breath on 2021 and work toward 2022 and beyond.

4) The Suns have been linked to Hayes at #10. Is it possible that they have been linked there on behalf of DAL? Almost no way Hayes falls to 11-18, right?
5) Rubio was the Suns BEST three point shooter last year other than Cam Johnson. The Suns need shooting to spread the floor. I think they are aiming at a shooter. Can they get this shooter at 18?
My take: I REALLY hope the Mavs are tracking Hayes on draft night and do what they can to grab him. The Mavs need to try and get a 3rd star (if one falls there to #10) in the draft rather than spending all their assets like these other contenders have on old guys.
