Who are those teams? Lottery teams?

I am assuming the Mavs are one of the teams that O'Connor has said has rated Hayes as a top 5 talent in this draft and a potential steal. 

That is just 100% guess on my part. I am not trying to refute the DraftExpress guys....I think BOTH sides are right....Hayes could slip because he is a mystery to too many teams, but there are a handful of teams who LOVE him.

I think Givony point is that Hayes has many who liked him, but it doesn't mean they will pick him.
For example, GSW could have him as their number 2 guy, Pistons could have him as their number 4 guy, one has 2nd and other 7th picks. 
But GSW could get their number 1 target, and Pistons could get their number 3, Hayes found himself out of top 10 because of that.
We have seen that a bit in 2018, Mavs really liked Wendell Carter Jr  and was going to pick him, they found a chance on Luka whom they liked more and he find himself as number 7, while if Hawks has kept Luka, Trae was most likely end up with Magic at 6th rather than 5th pick.
