I have talked about this as one of the baby steps to knowing if they will be a good playoff team. I can’t remember if they have lost 2 in a row, but I’m almost positive they haven’t lost 3 in a row, so I’ll go with a hesitant 2 (cause it very well could be no more than 1).
(Edit) If it is 2 games, it’s only happened once

I wouldnt say 3 losses in a row as there have been no Team Tank threads that I can remember
I would say 2 losses (at least once) though as I have seen a few Fire Carlisle petitions

A two game losing streak gave us a 6-5 record. We haven't lost more than one at a time since then. We have one 2-game losing streak.
