If I had to guess, he doesn't get many minutes after halftime.   I would assume it is a heavy night for the guys fighting for a roster spot or Two way spot.   Honesty, I would prefer this over  some of the guys who we know what they are.   

Who knows though.

I know the rookie Giddey is much more of a Point Forward than Josh Green, but I hope tonight Green gets these types of opportunities and looks to score.  I will be disappointed if he goes and waits in the corner playing with the third stringers.

I thought they needed a shake-up this offseason....but man did these guys ever want a change at coach it seems. I haven't seen this kind of life from them in a year plus it feels like. Hope the honeymoon lasts.

Actually feels like it has been awhile since the second half of the Mavs roster has looked so competent when they play.

Impressive performance. Brunson was phenomenal, let's hope he can play like that in playoffs. Didn't like Maxi defense on Giannis, I think Powell was much better. What continues to impress me most is how good this last group of no name undrafted guys looks. Much, much better than the sorry performance in the summer league. Hunt was awesome tonight. Carlik can drive but is not a good shooter. MacLaughlin really didn't impress. He can shoot but there is not much else. Doesn't look like a PG floor general. If Mavs want a PG on a two way deal, I would go with Carlik.
