Tell you what, @"Kammrath"...they seem to share your affinity for length.

...and these seem to be the kind of fliers worth taking, too.

Probably won't amount to much, but both of these dudes have plus bodies.

6'11" with long arms is soooooo much better than like 7'2"+, imo. Ideal, really.

Looks quick, too.

Yeah, hopefully Kidd can do for one of these dudes what Carlisle did for DFS. If so, that would make this more successful than most other Mavs draft nights in recent memory.

I like the idea of the competition between the 2020 four and the 2021 two

I think Hinton is probably gone, and wouldn't be shocked if one of the other three youngsters gets shipped off in some package.

They don't get those extra roster spots this year, so it's tough for me to envision all four of them (plus Burke) taking up roster spots.

We'll see.

With his size and athletic ability I'm kinda surprised he stayed NAIA all 4 years
I wonder if he ever got any serious D1 transfer consideration.
Moves amazingly

Grades? Arrests?

Who knows. I hope he works out though.

Makes sense. I guess I was thinking they might end up in camp together before they have to get rid of some folks, but maybe not

Yeah, maybe.

I'm really not even sure what the minimum requirements are to even get Hinton and Bey to camp. Will they need contracts to get that far? If so, will there be competition for their services? No idea.

I agree with Hinton being gone, not sure about the others.  I guess someone could like Green.  Terry is almost a complete mystery but you probably hang on to him because of the potential of his shooting.  Bey was pretty awesome in the G-League and equally as bad in his limited minutes in the NBA.

IF the Mavs operate UNDER the cap the odds increase that they will have a chance to at least be the 2-way players.

Onu might make the team - think a younger, bigger, more athletic Sarge (loyal hard working competitor) as Boban's or WCS replacement.

In a perfect world the top 13 players would stay with the team, the 2-way players are all but exclusively G-League and the last 2 regular roster slots are held by young players who are eligible to play on the G-League affiliate: I am rooting for Terry and either Onu or Hinton in the last 2 regular slots with the other joining Bey as the 2-way players.

I would think Hinton would be a tough sell on returning as a 2-way contract.
