I don't disagree with anything you say but Jalen is a smart kid. Connection to the franchise or not, I can't see a smart player, with an extensive pedigree for winning, choosing to leave an ideal situation with a Top 5 player & a franchise that actually matters to sign on for the swamp that in NYK's basketball. JB is very good but he isn't a superstar or a savior level talent. Turning around the Knicks is toxic, snipe hunting .... at best.
