Here is a list focusing strictly on players who can be traded one for one for THJ and have been rumored to be available:

Dinwiddie
 

A note on Dinwiddie...he and THJ work for trade matching purposes straight up.  However, doing the deal like that throws Washington into the tax by $2.2mm.  So, something else would have to happen in either a separate trade with another team or in this trade.  Everyone probably knows that expiring Bryant and expiring fit our TPE.  Rookie Kispert is also enough, combined with Dinwiddie to do the deal and keep Washington under the tax.
