Brown played in 25/44 games but when the team is fully healthy he probably isn´t in the rotation. He even started in one game. Stll wouldn´t call him a rotation player.
Your numbers make sense. Which brings us back to the individual player evaluation. I don´t think we will be able to settle this debate because people will continue to disagree about the probability percentage of individual players.
Too many layers of complete subjectivity. Speaking of probabilities, have you ever checked out PBS Space Time? Do you like physics or cosmology? I saw a really cool video about multiverse that I can't stop.thinking about.
