The video cuts are whatever they are, and I guess Franko thinks they make his points - which, to a certain extent they do.
However, they are night and day.
The Reggie cuts are simply him playing persistent 1-on-1 defense. The first one he gets burnt and keeps trying to contest, the second is going over two weakly set screens.
The Frank cut is him looking, seeing he needs to protect KP's right more than staying with his original assignment and then switching to run the 3pt shooter off the line. Ok. So, multiple things could have gone wrong here. But the D-IQ displayed is, again, off the charts.
Reggie's a very good on ball defender and a decent team defender - doesn't miss too many obvious rotations etc. Frank is, frankly, a savant. And his only weakness is tiny, speedy guards with a good handle and a run-up. cf. Fox on that play when the Mavs lost and Trae when the Knicks put Frank in for the last play of the game in the playoffs against ATL last year.
