Brunson is nowhere near the value of Turner ... especially expiring ... (And I love Jalen) ... It is much easier to find a guard (no matter how good he is) than the best Shot Blocker in the NBA that hits + -40% of 3 .. I have Jalen with similar value to Cam Johson / PJ Washinton or Reddish (at best) and I would trade it for any of the 3..especially Johnson / Reddish .. some..

Well I looked it up. There are 11 players that average more than Brunson´s  7.1 APG as a starter.

If it´s that easy, you should call Nico and tell him how we can easily get one of those four, cause I sure like to have them.

The lowest paid player that is not on a rookie contract is at $15.5M per year. That´s Dejounte Murray.

I think it´s a mistake to underestimate the (trade) value of his recent performances. It´s certainly a pipedream to think Brunson will settle for $10M/year. It might actually work in our favour (in a worst case). Even the often quoted Knicks have committed salaries of $110M.
