What concerns me is this is leading towards a panic/desperation trade by a first time GM and an owner who is clearly lost. Until I feel confident the new front office has a good grasp of things, I would prefer holding off to this offseason to make a big move.  I am gun shy with this group. 

I´d rather find out sooner than later whether our GM is another Cuban muppet/moron. He already gets a pass for the horrible summer, cause some decisions were probably made before he even got here (aka early tampering) like signing Bullock or re-signing THJ.

He has to make so many decisions that cannot wait:

Is Jason Kidd the right coach?
Do we keep Porzingis?
Do we extend DFS and Brunson or trade them?
Do we move guys like Kleber and THJ for future compensation/younger talent and also get some cap relief?
Can we get rid of Powell, WCS, Burke and Boban? Do we even want to?
Do we actively tank at some point, if this poor form continues?
Overhaul the scouting department?

I just need to see something to lose all faith or regain some.

The first trade no matter how insignificant you all think it will be, can tell us a lot already about the direction of the franchise going forward.

Like you all told me that it doesn´t matter Cuban drafted Satnam Singh, so he can make a Netlfix documentary in India, while Christian Wood was slipping from projected 1st round pick to undrafted status.
