They are 9-16. Warren has played 10 games since March 2020 with what appears to be a chronic injury. Their rotations are clearly not working as Sabonis is coming off the bench now. They are not a free agent destination. They are nearly capped out in 2022 anyway even without Warren/Lamb. Carlisle knows and trusts THJ/Powell.
You want to win a trade, you need to find desperate teams. The Pacers and Kings both want to make the play-offs. They are 9-16 and 9-14 respectively. They have expiring players that have no current win value in Warren and Bagley, because they are injured/and or pouting. This is about the upgrade your rotation now value.
