So, no “balking” on your part. 


A couple of thoughts….Nurkic has his own history of injuries and is expiring this summer (which is good if he isn’t and bad if he is…good).  Are we sure the next three years of McCollum is that much better than the next three years of Brunson…though it does solve the issue of Brunson walking this summer.

Is it easier to build around Nurkic than KP?  Will Nurkic get run off the floor in the playoffs?  He’s a very good defensive rebounder and defends his position well.  But, what happens when he’s put in the PNR against a small ball team?

With all that said, I like the deal as a win now deal.  The starting lineup would be great.
