I think almost everyone here would make that deal.  Tougher question.  Would you add KP and McCollum to the deal and replace Willie with Brunson?

Interesting note, the projected W/L doesn’t change for either team.  BTW, this leaves us $11.6mm under the tax which is just enough room to spend the remaining TPE on something and stay under.

Very interesting hypothetical. 

I don't know if I'd do it. I honestly think Brunson might be on his way towards becoming better than CJ, if he isn't already (maybe I'm overrating Brunson, or maybe I'm not fully taking to heart the idea that he might be gone this summer no matter what). 

I also think the Mavs already have a guy similar to CJ in THJ. So, the resulting roster would seem to have too many of those. I do realize that these are nitpicky things, though. I could be way out to lunch with this thinking.
