That Burke release is coming down the pipeline

Problem with all this line of thinking is that he can't require it of the players because the players union stood hard against that and didn't sign an MOU allowing vaccination status to be something owners can require.

They can cut him but Cuban can't keep running his mouth and he could get on trouble if he gives indication that this was a reason that they cut him.  Because if the CBA, he needs to just be quiet and cut him off he's going to cut him.

It's one thing for the government to require it, but it's another for the owners to do it with the stance the NBAPA took on it
