Cuban said he is not commenting on employees, that are not visible (non mastheads in latest iteration). He clearly specified that. Never said anything about stuff decisions being Nico decision.
Besides, I don't understand your point here. Why is Nico not in charge of Keith? You are saying that Nico and Cuban had an agreement on who stays and goes before Nico signed?
