This is interesting and helpful, thanks. So basically, you're saying the precedent has already been set and there's no reason to expect anything different in pro sports?
It makes sense, but then again, for whatever reason, the league doesn't feel comfortable applying the same mandates on players as it does to other team personnel. I assume this is because of the union, somehow, but I'm not totally sure.
