Bonga is a better passer and dribbler than Green, but he needs an open floor and an up tempo offense. Don´t see the TO problem with him on Germany, that you saw. Saibou and Lo are much more reckless and turnover-prone. Lo leads the whole tournament with six per game and Saibou produces 2.3 TOPG in just 10 minutes (2nd in TO per 40 in the tournament). Bonga averages two turnovers in 23 MPG. The best case against Bonga in the Olympics would be his plus-minus stats. Yikes.
Maybe I just focused on him or attributed some of his teammates turnovers to him but I really don´t want him in a ballhandling role and that´s supposed to be the selling point on offense. He is not the primary ballhandler for Germany but when he touches the ball I get major DFS vibes. Turnover waiting to happen.
Agree that Lo is by far the worst. How in the world did he make the team?
