Lowry WAS a good defender. He has been average to below average the last two years IMO. An aging small guard just cannot keep up on the defensive end.
This is why I preferred Conley despite his chronic hamstring issues. If it costs 90/3 for Lowry I think I'm circling back around to Devonte Graham.
