If I am Toronto, I rather just pay a second rounder to Dallas to create TPE from Lowry or let him go for nothing. I have no interest in any of JRich, Kleber or Powell, unless Dallas is paying me assets to take them.
Someone mentioned Mosley in Orlando. They have a large enough TPE to take any of those players. I could fairly easily see them taking Maxi. He's got optionality (expiring or cost controlled for two years) and provides cheap Isaac insurance and can play two positions in their big rotation. I could actually see them giving us a second for that. Remember Dallas was on the cusp of getting Warren and a pick before Indy swooped in. Also, by the time the deal was completed, Indy received three 2nds from Miami as the deal expanded to include Okpala.
If Boston truly wanted JRich, Dallas could send him there and Maxi to Orlando to create the trade match needed for Lowry at $25mm and stay over the cap.
