They are not the first to have said that. Just the first time the Mavs are seemingly listening unlike with Randle, Turner or Olynyk, when they´d rather chase Wright and re-sign Powell.
Literally a new foreign concept Nico might have introduced to Cuban. It´s easier to sign FAs that actually want to be in Dallas.
Markkanen, Dragic + one of Diallo or Hart would be an awesome off-season.
