Agree, Green and SRP could be seen as an alternative to FRP and that should satisfy Chicago.
As for salary, I am not really sure. If you are after Lauri you have to think he is good and he fits. If you think that, than salary in the 15 mil range is not an issue. If you think Lauri is MLE level player at best, than you are not giving out assets for him and you will likely not get him. Personally I have a hard time seeing the value and fit, so I would probably not go after him. But perhaps Mavs see it differently.
