There is not a lot of money left, especially among the contenders... so my take is they feel very confident that they would Dragic for the minimum rather than him going to OKC or SAS, who have the most available off the top of my head.
Now whether he becomes available is the game of chicken that gets played here.
In My backup scenario - Dallas works out a 3-way where they take Dragic for WCS & Burke and divert Powell to OKC for Favors (TPE). Make Toronto tip OKC to pay the difference.
I think this would balance the roster, make Luka happy, and put a feather in #Nicotiation...
Of course making Toronto pay a bigger piece to Dallas in taking on Dragic would be even better... I don't know where I am in regards to picking up Dragic on the minimum. - I am a fan of having Bird rights on players I think I like.
