Powell+WCS+Terry are inconsequential and probably won't be played all that much in the playoffs. All could easily be replaced by min guys as soon as they leave (maybe Powell's elite roll finishing will be tough to replicate exactly but there's Mike Tobey available!).
Just boggles my mind Cuban's infatuation with Powell, again if it is really true that's why the Mavs are hesitant.
I get that Dragic could theoretically be had for less/free but why even chance it? With how many failures this front office has had the last 10 years in free agency why not just go for the bird in the hand versus banking off 2 in the bush?
