1. Blazers: Zeller, Snell

2. Kings: Len, Thompson

3. Wizards: Dinwidde, Kuzma, Harrell, KCP

4. Celtics: Kanter, Josh Richardson, Dunn, Fernando (who?), Horford

5. Pacers: Craig, nobody

6. Hawks: Diegn, Delon Wright

Maybe we ought to cut them some slack. Apparently free agency could easily have gone much worse.

I wonder how many of them had 30+ million to work with.
