I wish I could dispute that Ringer article, but i can't. Kidd clearly has some faults and has had some ups and downs at his first two spots. I think getting really good assistants will be key. as much as I like Jet, I would prefer we go in another direction. Maybe JJB can be the last coach on the bench or behind the bench, but we need some experience next to Kidd.
Does everyone know Popeye Jones is an asst coach with the Sixers and DaSagana Diop is an asst with the Rockets? Interesting that several former mavs are trying to get into coaching.
