Cuban isn't INTENTIONALLY trying to be the problem. He's not a monster. I am sure that in his head, he believes that this is all being done at the highest level possible, for the exact, right reasons. The best thing for everyone. I'm sure that when Mosley gets confirmed by the new GM and then hired, Cuban will take it as confirmation that he/they are on the right track. In his mind, he won't see that agreeing to the direction was HOW anyone would've gotten the job, if that makes sense (not worded well, sorry).
He's not some evil dude trying to figure out how to con us. He's just bad at this.
