The way this happened isn't business as usual. Nothing wrong with being happy with guys being gone that you wanted out anyway. But no reason to make silly claims like "just the business of the NBA".
How often do you hear about the owner allowing buddies to wreck the organizational structure and do whatever he wants? The situation is not normal and was obviously a disaster...and, if Cuban can change enough so that a real GM will come, things could turn out for the better. You don't have to pretend "business as usual" to think that things can turn out for the better.
