Yes, he had a lot of input with Rick on lineups. That was his job. But if Voulgaris truly was dictating things, Green would have played way more than he did. So the idea of him being the guy in charge is overblown.
Bob can be great at his job but if everyone hates him and doesn't want to work with him (24 year tenured GM, 13 year tenured highly respected coach, and a potential best player in the world) it is all for not.
