Funny thing is that when the Mavs have success someone can take their pick from a thousand quotes from you to create a Mavs post similar to what you're saying about the Suns.

No the funny thing is that I have been right about the Mavs for about 10 years now, and you still believe that you are right. I don´t shit on all these other teams, who have been more successful in the past 10 years without any semblance of self-reflection about my own team.
That there are even arguments about this after blowing up a championship team, Satnam Singh, JJ Redick, Rondo, Odom, Noel, Dwight Howard 300k trade down, premature Dwight extension, Rudy Fernandez hiding in Spain.....
To have arguably the best player in the league and one of the best coaches, you should have success. It´s almost f*cking impossible to be as bad as the Mavs.
People make fun of Charlotte, Sacramento, Orlando or Detroit as franchise failures all the time, but guess who is right there with them as winless in the play-offs for the last decade: the Dallas Mavericks. And none of these teams started their tenure with an NBA title.

Yeah, just look at the Kings, they didn't lose a single playoff game in the last decade.

I wonder what they could offer, especially Minnesota. They have Beasley but Indy already has starters covered. I doubt anyone would fall in love with Culver. A bunch of picks.
Charlotte could offer young talent (Washington, Bridges, Graham), picks and cap relief. I could totally see the deal here. It would mean most serious Holmes competitor is out of the market.

Still think our biggest competitor for Holmes is SAC, but without CHA, we have a decent chance of luring him.

I have really liked what I have seen from the Suns so far this playoffs. The ball movement is excellent. They really put pressure you on defense by pushing the ball (boy do I wish we did that). They are filled with long wings. Coach Williams has really gotten production from all of their roster. Williams deserved coach of the year imo. Much more deserving than the Knicks coach. He was good too, but Williams was better imo.
Also, it is only two games in, but how bad does Portland fans feel right now? Denver's guards look overmatched in this series. Dame went off against Denver but the Denver guards seemed to be able to survive against them. Against PHX, they look like they have no chance. On the other hand, they certainly were expecting better play from Gordon and Porter (Porter may be hurt...at least I heard an announcer mention this)

To ME, the funniest thing of all, by far, is how some people hate the Mavs with such a visceral passion and STILL spend so much time talking about them.
We get it. You hate the Mavs' management, their coach, and most of the players. We all have complaints about the team from time to time - it's impossible to get this invested in something so deeply and not experience frustration from time to time.
But dude, neither you nor any of us have any control over a single thing that you moan about every day, even IF we were to agree with you. You could convince EVERY Mavs fan, EVERY Mavs content creator or reporter of everything you think, down to the last detail, and what would be different? Nothing.
If you think THIS little of them, I just wonder why you torture yourself. It's bizarre. If I felt like that, I'd turn the page and literally never look back. I'm here because I LIKE this team.
I HATED what they did to the 2011 team, with all the plan powder stuff. So, in an effort to be happy (which isn't that difficult, actually) I simply devoted less of my time and thought to the team than I had previously, until they showed signs of being worthy of my fandom. You should try that!

Good points. I knew Phoenix was going to be better after their performance in the bubble, but I didn't anticipate them making the leap they did. Chris Paul is the primary reason IMO. For every team he's been on, the winning percentage increased dramatically. I mean look what a did for OKC who had a middling roster at best, and they took Houston to 7 games in the playoffs last year. Denver has to win game 3 at home.

So Boston apparently tried at the deadline to trade Kemba for Lamarcus Aldridge, but the Spurs preferred to cut Aldridge rather than take Kemba for basically free. Yikes.

Good! Takes up someone else's cap space and gives us more opportunity to get someone good.

Knicks prioritizing Oubre and possibly Demar could take them out of the Lonzo race.
That just leaves CHI...

Giannis cannot be the main ball handler in a half court offense. As long as he insists on that role he isn´t going to win anything. Bucks offense looks terrible.
