UTA and PHX are at the very top of the graph because they haven't gotten to the playoffs yet. The teams on the very bottom that all form a "line" are the teams that won the title. Then they have threshold lines for getting to the finals and conference finals.

Detroit is a few years away from being relevant again, but he's giving them a new foundation to build on. He learned from one of the best in Sam Presti.
