And they could afford to do it. We need better offensive starters. Kleber and Wright combined took 3 shots. And this is not because Luka or KP are not sharing. They are far too passive on the offensive end. Brunson has no problem geting/taking his shots, even in the minutes he is on court with Luka. Same with THJ. They are active. Wright and Maxi as if they don't even come accross to play offense. Especially dissapointed by Wright. But with this kind effect on offense, we can't afford to have 2 defensive specialists (and Lee) on court at the same time, unless it is garbage time.

DFS saw he wasn’t listed as a choice for the Dirkie so he decided to lead the team in +/- to send a message.

 We had to win that game ( despite Carlisle 's choices  ) and our two stars showed up : everything is great tonight ! Go Mavs ! Go Luka !
1-0 for the first time since 2015-16. The last time we made the playoffs.
Sloppy first and fourth quarters but I'll take the W. Someone voted Boban for Dirkie but Luka was the obvious choice. Wanted him to finally go off for 40+ but we sat him too long Also loved seeing Jet with Dana and Ced Ceballos at halftime. Maybe they're grooming him to become one of the Mavs announcers
