Phoenix sent No. 47 among the three second-rounders to New York, sources said. So the Knicks now add that 47th pick to Nos. 31 and 55 on Wednesday night. The champion Knicks are now on the clock -- and, per sources, they have already received offers of future draft assets for No. 31 and intend to move the pick prior to the start of night two of the Draft.

Dallas probably gave up cash and at least one 2nd in this exchange. Impossible to imagine them not having to pay something.

Depends on how bad NYK wanted out of the first round and how bad PHX wanted in.

It's not been a good night for Stein and Shams. In the rush to one up each other, they're just putting junk out there without carefully understanding first.

Also, they *must* convince Sergio to come over this year.

From the way it's out there it looks like the mavs still have 48 and are giving up two future 2nds. The knicks are the ones who got the suns picks.


I have to say, I hate the NBA's draft day trade system. They should do it just like the nfl where everyone knows who got who when the picks are made.

Given the lack of 2nds Dallas has to offer, my guess is that NY will be picking 47th AND 48th tomorrow. We'll find out soon.

I loved DFS back in the day, but Rez had better be better than that when we took him with #9 in *this* draft.

That's the 2.0 part.  Someone that can guard 1-5 but with lottery worthy athletic measurables.

DFS didn't have this guy's height, bulk and wingspan.  This is a different beast if he can keep up with the 3s. I know he can keep up with 4s and 5s on the perimeter.

DFS didn't have this guy's height, bulk and wingspan.  This is a different beast if he can keep up with the 3s. I know he can keep up with 4s and 5s on the perimeter.

Morez looks like he has some footwork not to mention power in the post too.

De Larrea has to come over. He´s done everything there is to do in Spain, especially if they pull the upset and win the title.

I mean this has to be an enticing proposition for him to come over?

Learn from Kyrie and potentially get a lot of playing time just based on how bad we need creation.

Can't really imagine why he would not want to come over.
