I think Brown will go higher once we get through the measurements and testing this next week.

I think Burries and Brown would be the two most likely candidates that would interest me there.

Kings pick #7 and Utah is in top 4.
Dallas pick #9 and Memphis is in top 4.

Big win for ethical tanking.

Franchises run by morons.

Welcome to Dallas, Brandon Burries.

If Washington play their cards right they can rob Utah blind for Dybantsa. Probably get George/Kessler/Markkanen/#2 for AD/#1.

Are the Clippers going to take a PG?

Or Braydon. I’ll learn his name.

He’ll be a good player, to be fair.

I guessed we'd fall to 10.

Burries the three has a nice ring to it though.

2017 all over again. There was a clear top 4. Followed by 5-6 guys in a tier below them (not all guards). Mavs ended up with DSJ.
Should think really hard about potential trade down scenarios before they just take whoever drops to #9.

Brown screams DSJ to me. Flashy athlete, good looking stroke but can he run an offense?

Also threy ruined the tank so badly that they might not even get Brown.

Burries is fun but not a nr 2 guy Imo. I would have loved to acquire an additional pick to get him but it’s underwhelming if he‘s their last big addition building this team (which is likely).

Not taking the lottery odds seriously hurt them. Yuck. Just no idea why they never bothered tanking at all.

Co greats to the Wiz. Who knew AD is a pick # 1 good luck charm.

5 and 6 very interesting. Start of point guard run but neither team has a huge need ar point guard. Would love to see them look a different direction.

Mavs probably picking from flemings, acufff, brown or burries. It would be nice if they had a choice of more than 1

If Brown went early, it's possible Flemings is there.

Flemings vs Burries is interesting.

Eh not surprised. We can still get a decent prospect at 9 but even in a deep draft, I'm not expecting them to get lucky with a future star. It's still mainly about free agency IMO!

Brutal for the Pacers. Dropped to five. Lost the pick.

Fire him right now!!!!!!

Or we should have won more, since CHI at 9 jumped up. It’s a lottery…

Mock

1. Peterson (they need a scoring guard)
2. Dybantsa (one way or the other)
3. Boozer (grit and grind)
4. Wilson (next MJ in Chicago)
5. Wagler/Burries (defensive SG potential)
6. Wagler/Burries, no clue whatsoever, what the Nets do here. Draft more guards, reach or trade down?
7. Acuff (it´s the Kings)
8. Flemings (speedy scoring guard suits the Hawks)
9. Brown (if the medical is clear, otherwise no clue)

Or you hold your nose and gamble on upside with ament and then try to trade up with 30 for one of the guards.  Don’t think this is likely though

Shit. It’s Brayden. Sorry

I’d take Flemings ahead of him because he’s a year younger. But, Burries over DSJ, I mean Brown and the super skinny Philon. But let’s see how these guys measure and test at the combine.

I do think Dan is probably right about Brown. If he clears the medicals and has a decent pre-draft, he should be taken before #9.
