Thybulle is a bluff, he is behind Josh Green in Aussie NT rotations. OMG.
Dinwiddie is fool's gold, he is red hot every 15 games and in the others he is a disaster. That Brandon Williams is 10X better than him and he is barely a NBA player.

Psst....the Bulls trade for Josh Giddey is not bad. Maybe win/win. The Bulls took a lot of heat for not getting any picks. I thought it was a solid gamble on a buy low guy who had a rough playoffs. Look at Giddey's last two months in Chicago. He is even shooting the three better. He is still just 22 years old. Now, he will probably get a big payday this summer, but as of now it has turned into a nice talent evulation by Chicago.

Yeah, the biggest winner of that trade was Giddey, much like Grimes was the biggest winner of his trade.

This Boston/OKC game is bananas! 3pointers falling like butter for both teams.

Thunder beat Boston, 118-112 behind Shae's 34 pts and Chet's 23 pts and 15 rebs. They sweep the season series. Boston shot 20-63 from 3 and still lost. Brown was held to 10 pts and fouled out.

He was very aggresive and plays much stronger than one would assume he is capable of looking just at his frame. OKC still has one weak spot in the starting line-up on offense. Wiggins was 0-9 in this one, Caruso (didn't play) is not really a high volume offensive threat and neither is Wallace. I guess opponents will still be playing off those guys to make life more difficult for the other four guys. If they put Joe in on this spot, he will be attacked on defense. But I agree, OKC looks very dangerous so far. Their defense can be suffocating. Boston mostly just shot threes whole game and they were not really good doing it (just 31 %). Since they shot 60 of them, if they made just three more, their overall percentage would still be below 40 %, but game could look very differently. They did have 12 more overall attempts due to good rebounding (seems like another OKC weakness). With every game I am more surprised by Horford and how well he can play at his age. I think he is their glue guy, perhaps even most important player.

I agree about Horford. He's a savvy vet. Very underrated for what he does for them. Hits big shots, still plays adequate defense at his advanced age, just the type of player every team needs.

Couple of days ago he defended both LeBron and Luka very well when isolated. He repeated this in this game.

Someone needs to score points...even on bad teams. Good for AJ though. Just like some current Mavs, shooting was his swing skill. Just never proved he could hit open threes. The rest of his game is NBA quality. I have liked what I have seen from Caleb. Need to see more though. I think there is a case that some teams would prefer Caleb over Grimes. I don't think Grimes is a 20 pt per game player on a good team. Probably 10-12. He was good in Dallas though. What still pisses me off is we gave up a high second round pick in that trade. Not only that, but the trade handcuffed us of any flexibility if we wanted to add another player. And then Martin doesn't play for a month after the trade. It is just so bad negotiating. I would have walked away from the trade after it was determined Martin was hurt than giving up that second. Morey sensed we were desperate for some reason.

He sent a second round pick in that terrible (from an asset perspective) KP trade. Hell, he sent out a 2nd round pick in the freaking Luka trade. The only year he showed any kind of reasonable restraint was when Linsey was here.

Let's see if they let him walk.

How are the Suns this bad? I have watched them, they are awful. Mavs are 2-8 in the last 10 games and the Suns have gained 1 game of them in standings per Locked on Mavs. They have a really tough schedule coming up. They don't even own their pick this year. It is just shocking having both KD and Booker that the rest of the roster is that poor. Hopefully it is a flashing light warning to the Mavs paying three guys top money.
