Current lineup has the ability to contest 3’s after ball movement. Threes have stopped going in. Charlotte responds by ramping up energy and getting the ball inside, particularly in transition.

My guess is that Gafford comes back in after this timeout. Hopefully, he doesn’t give up a bunch of threes down the stretch.

Even the decision to manipulate into an iso against Thompson seem out of left field to me, given what had been working for them down the stretch.

Sadly, the Mavericks don’t seem to be able to get out of their own way in this one so I don’t think it will matter.
