Memphis is getting ready to be 500. They are looking good. SA/Suns/Blazers all chasing. OKC is not locked in a seed yet lots to play still.

Wow, this Dort kid is awesome! Undrafted rookie looks like Presti found a gem. He has started 6 games with Ferg out and has shut down some good players on D too. The Mavs game Dort and the team were off (CP is the straw that stirs the drink and missed that game) but he has been electric all other games.

I'm just surprised you did it without cashing in any assets. I though you'd be set after getting another starter and bench scorer. CP3 and Adams is a super solid foundation to build off of winningwise

Josh Green is a top 5 Mavs player...

This guy is good, undrafted. What I like is he can dribble/penetrate/score and his defense is good (not shown). He has 3 great drives here: https://twitter.com/dmurrayNBA/status/12...0787267586

That's crazy. I kind of like the general thinking outside of the box though. Could see wanting to adopt some variations.

Those North Korean rules actually sound kind of amazing. The Big 3 might have a bigger audience right now if they came up with something that left field
East: Jimmy Butler, Kyle Lowry, Ben Simmons, Khris Middleton, Jayson Tatum, Bam Adebayo, Domas Sabonis
West: Damian Lillard, Donovan Mitchell, Nikola Jokic, Rudy Gobert, Brandon Ingram, Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul Some PHX fan said Luka who? the other night...Booker where?

Memphis has a ace in the hole, when they trade Igoudala. Should get another asset or pick in that deal. Memphis is on the come up for sure. They will be really dangerous next year.

Luka 2nd
Harden moving down OKC with 3 of top 18 is a surprise and especially both Adams and right below him Noel. https://twitter.com/NBA_Math/status/1222928410780917760

^ Devin Booker should've made it in over Westbrook.

Curry/Jordan/Bird/Dirk/Robinson
MJ and Bird being the alphas, Curry's ability to hit from WAY downtown anytime, Dirk deferring while spreading the floor and being a dagger when called upon, Robinson dragging defenders to the post to open up 3's from Bird, Dirk and Curry and anchoring the defense.

I guess I'm really conservative when it comes to basketball. I think basketball should just be 2's and 3's. I dislike any proposals about a 4 point line or any variation of the rules that shakes the game's foundation. I don't mind adding in more refs/review rules so they can get a call right, but once you start making dunks worth 3;s and 3's worth 4 and shots in the last couple of seconds worth X. It gets complicated and gimicky. Curry/Jordan/McGrady/Dirk/Shaq. A backcourt of Jordan and Curry is already unstoppable. Add in prime Shaq and Dirk??? Doesn't even matter who's the SF, but Orlando T-Mac was a 30ppg scorer and at the time was legit debated between Kobe and him over who would be better. Prime Jordan was unguardable and a tenacious defender. Curry forces every defender to be drawn out with his gravity. We all know how efficient and lethal Dirk was. Prime Shaq could never be stopped or contained. With Dirk/Curry spacing, the lane would be wide open for Shaq. Jordan could have all the mid range shots he wanted. And thats before even getting to T-Mac who was incredibly athletic and could also score from anywhere.

I like this better:
MJ/Kobe/Pippen/Dirk/Olajuwon 82-0 and then the 2 best title run champions out of all of them to sweep the playoffs. |
