Game 33: Dallas Mavericks (20-12) vs. Sacramento Kings (13-19) | 9:00pm CST
#61
Did I hear that right a 25-3 run? Ouch. Mavs really a good Grimes game tonight short handed. He has struggled. Same with Hardy. Omax up took a step back today. Just running around with his head caught off. Some ok plays but missed some rotations. After a good game scoring, kleber is back to being a complete zero on offense. Just nothing. I wish we could leave him in Sacramento for Lyles.

When it works it's great, but so often it shoots the team out of the game. He doesn't play the game like a point guard, he plays it like he's Allen Iverson every possession but he has the shooting ability of Jamario Moon.

Yeah the Luka offense staring Dinwiddie will give me nightmares.  Mavs are severely shorthanded but there needs to be better option than letting din just dribble.

Yeah Kleber is approaching Ben Simmons level of offensive ineptitude.

First time I am seriously motivated to move off from him. 3 weeks ago I thought despite his offensive ineffectiveness, his defense is good enough to make up for it. But now? I mean we can't have a guy making 11 mil a year and can't score 2 points a game.

See right there?? WTF was that pass by Dinwiddie to Grimes in the corner? Zero control on the shovel pass and causes Grimes to adjust his shooting position and prevents a wide open 3. THEN decides to post up Keon Ellis and throws up BS looking for a foul.

Watch the Mavs go on a run when Dinwiddie sits.

Thought the Mavs had this one but that lineup to close the 3rd was nuts. Then Sacramento gets some momentum and curtains. The load management BS has to stop. A good regular season is key this year. Road teams will get hammered in the playoffs. The league doesn’t want to see mail it in regular seasons anymore. Everyone loves Naji’s fight but that lack of discipline will end up costing the Mavs a win or two.

A loss was likely but this is a bad Sacramento team. Losing to Portland and Sacramento without a full team is really going to hurt. Especially with our schedule coming up.

Yeah even with a loss tonight this game has convinced me Sacramento is donezo.

A healthy Mavs team would have blown this team out tonight by 30. Our 3rd stringers are keeping pace with a fully healthy Kings team.

Gortman getting picked by Fox and then refusing to hustle back like that is enough for me to cut him.

This game alone has made me want to cut Gortman. Barely looks like a G-League player.

66-40 on the boards! WTF. Just terrible effort. Needed to get Prosper a chance to get in the flow. The shrimpy PGs were atrocious. They’re not NBA quality.

As for the Kings. They’re horrible and should sell at the trade deadline. They’re going nowhere.

Omax has also looked horrific tonight. Last week has really really really made me down on him. I used to have him in the semi-untouchables list, but now I'm actually fine throwing him into a trade if needed.

Really disappointed in Bardy. Almost unplayable right now. I may have been wrong on him. Tonight was a clear game for him to shine. Outside of a few made three he did nothing else.

Omax too. Being an older first round pick. He should be further along and be able to get and be productive for 20 minutes with everyone out. Kidds lack of confidence in him is concerning.

Omax is a project. I've been saying that since they got him. The Kings drafted him, then immediately traded him to us. That should tell you something if they didn't keep him. They may have to ship him out if he doesn't show improvement like they did Josh Green. Green has a fresh start and he's not better than he was here, and he's starting and getting a lot of minutes.

Reminds me of THJ with handles
