Still too much shot hunting for Luka. Feels like a carry over from last game. I'm not a fan of the way he's playing the last game and half. Game 1 was how we need to operate as a team.

Lively flashed yet again his incredible touch then comes right back down and blocks Kessler. He's also been taking over defensively this quarter.

At the half, 2 stats stand out. Mavs with 7 blocks. Wow. And Jazz with a 14 to 8 advantage in free throw attempts. I suspect this one is scripted for pro-Mavs calls in the second half. I’d put money on Mavs to cover from here.

I have really disliked how Luka has started the season. Hopefully he can play h8mself into shape. He has been bad tonight. Good rebounding though.

Mavs searching for any bench guard to make an impression. Din hasn’t done it tonight.

Bigger importance, that was really tough for Hendricks. I typically don’t want to see those injuries but saw that one. Wish I had not.
