grant is getting moved soon but most likely the destination won't be Dallas. there are a handful of potential buyers who are willing/able to pay 2 first or more for him, but that price would be too big a gamble for us to take.

They can move off Grant now and pick up a pick or two. Maybe they can get a bigger return in a year, but there is a chance they could get much less too.
Grant's contract is massively bigger. That is a real consideration in roster-building.

question, can dallas trade their pick swaps with OKC and SA. For instance, OKC has the right to the better of the picks. But can dallas just trade the lesser of those two picks?

They can't in 2028 or 2030 because they've traded 2027 and 2029. Stepien rule kicks in.
But they can swap with the other team and say "Mavs get the worse pick among all 3 teams" but OKC and SAS have to agree to it.

You sure the teams with the best pick of the swap have to agree to subsequent swap of the traded pick? IF OKC has the right to the swap, they do not have the ability to force Dallas to keep the pick. Pretty sure Dallas would be able to set up subsequent swaps of the picks without any rule UNLESS there was chance the phrasing could make the second swap worse for the initial swap.

Working on the best deal for him (for the Mavs) most likely.
Find me at Lakersball.com. I'm done with the Nico and the Mavs.

I suppose it just depends on wording. But because we can't "trade" that pick until draft night, we'd have to amend our swapping language.
But usually an already swapped pick has to involve the other team. But maybe there is a way for the Mavs to do it without involving OKC or SAS>

Hearing similar to my old SI running mate. Washington also has Corey Kispert, who's drawing trade interest from rival teams.
Another club that's called to trade for another first rounder tonight, per sources: OKC. Thunder surely hold the capital to find a pick in the 20s.

It can be done. It would have to be a swap since we can't be left without a FRP.
Basically, it would say the other team has the right to swap their FRP for what we have left AFTER the other swap happens or is declined.

With the Hawks preparing to select Zaccharie Risacher, De’Andre Hunter is being shopped to interested teams.
Hunter, the No. 4 pick from the 2019 draft, has three years remaining on his current deal.
Atlanta will move forward with Jalen Johnson and Risacher on the wing.

He lost 5 minutes per game last year compared to previous years which is a big reason for his statistically downturn.
Moreover Kerr was messing with his lineups all season long to placate Kuminga.
If Wiggins were to get traded I'm pretty sure he would match his numbers from pervious seasons. He can be had for cheap maybe even GSW gives the Mavs a sweetener to get out of the salary cap situation they are in.
He would definatley be an upgrade to DJJ.
What’s missed in the stats is that he stopped playing defense. A problem he has had most of his career. A Wiggins not playing defense is not an upgrade over DJJ
